As a Long Term Care Client Manager for Marvel Medical Staffing

You will market to facilities across the United States to create job orders, build new business, and fill those job requests with our traveling healthcare professionals. Client Managers ensure that their clients receive the highest standard of customer service possible from our company. Their duties include communicating with clients regularly, gathering client feedback, and encouraging further sales/job requests from the client. These salespersons will set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Utilizes marketing strategies, develops precise business objectives, and seeks out new opportunities with clients.

2. Manages current client accounts by providing customer service with ethics and integrity.

3. Assists in client billing and collections, as needed.

4. Communicates job orders to Recruiters.

5. Collaborates with accounting and sales to ensure contract execution and renewal adjustments.

6. Seeks market information on competition to retain clients.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities but may act as a mentor or coach for employees and managers.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Hours of work are expected to coincide with the Company’s normal business hours, Monday – Friday.

Required Education/Skills/Abilities:

** Location in/near the Omaha, NE area. **

• High school diploma or GED (required)

• 2-year college degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

• 2-years of high-level customer service, sales, medical/healthcare background, phone work, and/or recruiting experience ** Strongly preferred **

• Prefer customer relationship management system experience; Bullhorn is highly preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Social media posting experience on various platforms.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Travel:

No travel is expected for this position.

Physical Requirements:

Primarily an office setting. May lift on occasion 10 lbs. Must be able to sit, talk, hear, and type . Typical office environment.
